AUL PARTNERS WITH WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY, USA
Anchor University’s efforts to attract international collaboration that will open doors for students and staff to get quality experiences globally received a boost as the University Management recently met with a representative of Western Kentucky University, USA. During the visit, Mr Nick Haught, the Assistant Director, Pathway Relations International Enrollment Management from WKU promised to work with Anchor University to facilitate exchanges and collaboration.
2. THE HEALING OF THE PARALYTIC- English & Literature Students Treat AUL to an enthralling drama.
The message of trust and faith in Christ was at the front-burner as the students treated the Management, staff and students of the University to pleasant surprises during a recent drama staged at AUL. The drama showcased Jesus going around giving hope and succour to the weak and the sick. It also underscores the foolishness of those that doubt the power of Christ while showing the possibilities in trusting Christ.
3. AUL BEGINS JUPEB CLASSES
The Joint University Preliminary Examination Board Programme formally kicked-off in Anchor University as the newly admitted students had their orientation programme on 11th and 12th September 2017. The orientation programme which held at the University’ Multipurpose Hall was designed to ensure the new students have a seamless stay on the University’s campus.
Addressing the students during his opening remarks, t h e V i c e Chancellor, Prof J.O A f o l a y a n c h a r g e d them to be focused on their studies and ensure they are of best behaviour while in the University.
Earlier in his welcome address, the Director of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance, Prof J.O. Fatokun told the new students that the University has everything in place to ensure they have a memorable experience throughout their stay on the campus.
