Five SSC credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and Economics, plus one of: a merit pass in a diploma in Economics; two relevant passes at Advanced Level; passes in two major relevant subjects in the NCE; or two passes at JUPEB or IJMB. Direct Entry is a three-year programme.
Faculty subject guidance: An acceptable UTME score and credit passes in five SSC subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two other social science subjects, in not more than two sittings.
04 B.Sc. Mass Communication View Programme details

Direct Entry is a three-year programme.

Faculty subject guidance: Five credit passes at SSCE or equivalent in English, French or the subject of specialization, and two other relevant subjects.

Relevant qualification
Relevant HND or Degree discipline with the required minimum classification. Credit passes in O'Level English Language and Mathematics, plus one of: two passes at the principal or advanced level of the GCE with other subjects at O'Level credit (five subjects in not more than two sittings); passes in two major subjects at the NCE with O'Level credits in three other subjects; or an OND with at least a Lower Credit pass and five O'Level credits.
Faculty subject guidance: A minimum of five O'Level credits in English Language, History or Government, Geography, Economics or any other related subjects, and a pass in Mathematics. Candidates should normally be at least 16 years old.
